About JBL
The name Jewel Box Lounge (JBL) comes from Jewel Box Stadiums that were built between 1900 and 1915. Shibe Park was one of them where Eddie Plank started the first game ever played there!
We have seating for 30 people between the bar and high-top tables. There is live music on every month’s 1st and 3rd Thursday and trivia every 2nd and 4th Thursday.
The JBL is open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, and you can catch your favorite football team on Sunday with 6 large TVs and a full food menu!
The JBL can be booked for rehearsal dinners, meetings, mixers, etc. We can’t reserve the JBL on Thursdays – Saturdays PM or Sundays.
